What you’ll do

•    Keeps the organization charts up to date on a monthly basis & during HC planning period. Takes role in organizational change processes.
•    Supports HRBP for periodic HR budget planning & follows up budgeted headcounts 
•    Advices / supports decisions about reporting line & title changes; executes the required action across the relevant IT systems on time.
•    Implementation of organizational changes based on the change plan; Completion of the relevant change actions on time. Prepares the announcement for launch of change
•    Prepares the updated organizational structure documents and informs HR MIS for the system changes
•    Facilitates the completion of the development plans for low performers on time & tracks low performer employees during the year.
•    Evaluate promotion requests
•    Prepare and Reflect all status changes to system on monthly basis
•    Tracks vacant roles for manager and below bands and conduct interviews with hiring managers
•    Prepare offer letters for candidates    
•    Tracks termination process end to end
•    Conducts exit interviews 
•    Organise Açık Kapı Meetings, Coffee Talks with related teams and proactive 121s with employees
•    Analyse Spirit Beat Results and work as a member of Spirit Team of related function for the action plan

Who you are

•    BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
•    Minimum 4 years of experience
•    Personal impact and influence (building trust)
•    Ownership and drive
•    Relationship building
•    Flexibility and adaptability
•    Creative problem solving
•    Acts as an Employee Relationship builder
•    Planning and organizing
•    Fluent English 
•    Agile learner (continuous learning)
