What you’ll do
- Reporting to the Internal Audit Senior Manager – VF Turkey, the person will be responsible for the following:
- Deliver high-quality audits focusing on critical Company requirements, high-risk operating and financial activities, management requested reviews, and cost improvement opportunities;
- Prepare audit program for each assignment, reflecting Company policies and unit-specific risks;
- Understand, develop and implement data analytics projects on-going or planned within the department with minimal direction Perform in-depth and conclusive audit testing and documentation for all assigned jobs
- Understand processes and controls under audit, and the underlying business requirement for the assessment of risk on financial, operational, and compliance.
- Understand Company and local policies and procedures, Company and local delegations of authority, and local reporting requirements and other relevant audit criteria;
- Identify value-added recommendations and align with management on corrective actions to address identified risks.
- Prepare audit reports detailing recommendations to strengthen and improve the control environment.
- Maintain work papers in accordance with Vodafone Internal Audit Methodology and IIA Standards.
- Pro-actively develop relationships with key stakeholders across Vodafone that fosters acceptance and buy into audit goals and therefore create a positive acceptance of the audit process and outcomes
Who you are
- 4+ years' work experience in external or internal audit in multi-national corporations;
- Graduate from university;
- Worked with internal control frameworks and risk management;
- An understanding of the telecommunications industry or other infrastructure or FMCG business models.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment
- General audit skills, including:
- Understanding of financial, process and IT controls
- Understanding risk management frameworks, e.g. COBIT, COSO, ISO, ITIL
- Understanding of data privacy law and regulations, e.g. KVKK, GDPR
- Strong analytical, process, business improvement, risk management, and systems skills
- No boundaries for travel
- Certification in the related domain (e.g. CIA, CISA)is desired
