What you’ll do
• Ensures clarity around priorities and goals for the entire function
• Updates management about the team's progress
• Works across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals
• Defines and manages support strategies to have the most efficient benefit
• Manages root cause analyses and ensures corrective actions are taken
• Manages overall financial budgeting for functions
• Manages capacity expansions
• Manages hardware & software upgrades to provide 100% service availability
• To apply requested changes by taking into account change management and Maximo workflows in accordance with the minimum customer impact
• To ensure preparation of reports after an incident with root cause analyses, lessons learned and preventive actions
• To take necessary preventive actions to keep within the specified network performance threshold for the RAN network
• Manage training for other teams about the general overview of the data network
• Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and work carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
• Ensure that work-associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
• Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
• Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
• Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference
Who you are
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, MIS or a related discipline.
• Minimum three (1) years of experience in internal control, audit, compliance, risk management or governance roles.
• Basic knowledge of COSO Internal Control Framework and internal control testing methodologies.
• Experience working in telecommunications, financial services or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO-based management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 or similar standards.
• Experience in process documentation, risk–control matrix preparation and remediation tracking.
• Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail, governance discipline and evidence quality.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Structured, proactive and ownership-driven working style with a continuous improvement mindset.
