What you’ll do
Reporitng to Investigations Manager, carry out all investigations in line with both Vodafone Global Investigations Policy and local legal regulations with due respect to the principles of fairness, natural justice and objectivity.
Act as point of contact for all allegations of wrongdoing against employees and contractors
Collect, secure and preserve all evidences related to Vodafone Turkey investigation cases.
Ensure appropriate governance and assurance is in place in relation to the investigations process.
Prepare clear, accurate and confidential investigation reports, case records, management information and key performance indicators.Present investigation findings, risks and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and organisational leaders.Track agreed remedial actions through to completion in line with defined service levels and timelines.
Ensure all reports submitted via the both global and local corporate whistle-blowing lines are properly investigated and actions are taken accordingly, until the process is fully completed and recorded via the appropriate corporate tools.
Who you are
University degree from a reputable university or a National Academy in the field of criminal justice and/or policing
Min. 5 years of experience in multinational companies’ internal audit and/or investigation departments, preferably in telecom and finance sectors including extensive experience in investigation procedures, or experience in conducting criminal investigations in Law Enforcement agencies.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of local and international auditing and investigation standards,
Excellent knowledge of requirements under current legislation for disclosures and ability to give evidence in legal / disciplinary proceedings
Ability to issue reports, business correspondence and procedures manual.
CIA, CISA, CFE certificates are an asset,
Fluent in English, both spoken and written,
Detailed / result oriented with strong problem solving skills,
Analytical minded, pro-active
Must be a team player with superior communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and consultative skills
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a highly dynamic environment
No restriction for travelling,
No obligation of military service for male candidates.
