What you’ll do
As part of the Loyalty Partnership team, you will play a key role in driving the growth, efficiency, and visibility of Vodafone’s loyalty and customer engagement ecosystem.
This role focuses on optimizing processes, managing budgets, and providing analytical insights that enhance campaign performance and business outcomes.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across partnership, marketing, retail & data functions to ensure loyalty initiatives are customer-centric, data-driven, and aligned with Vodafone’s overall growth objectives.
•    Lead performance tracking, reporting, and analysis of ongoing partnership and loyalty campaigns to generate actionable insights.
•    Manage and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and strategic resource allocation.
•    Identify and implement process improvements that enhance collaboration, reporting efficiency, and campaign visibility across internal assets. 
•    Work cross-functionally with multiple teams such as marketing, data, and customer experience to improve measurement frameworks, campaign execution, and customer engagement outcomes.
•    Support the design and rollout of new growth initiatives that strengthen Vodafone’s partnership loyalty proposition and customer value.
•    Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems, workflows, and dashboards to enable better performance tracking and data-based decision-making.
Who you are
•    3+ years of experience in digital media & marketing, digital analytics, growth, or business development roles.
•    Strong analytical and financial skills, with proven experience in performance tracking and budget management.
•    Know-how on partnership management & technical operations to give a kick start for business development opportunities.
•    Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful initiatives.
•    Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on efficiency & ability to meet the deadlines
•    Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations.
•    Proactive and solution-oriented, able to detect improvement continuous improvement with a passion for creating value for both business & customers
•    High sense of ownership, accountability, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
•    A true team player with an open, positive and curious attitude-able to build trust & support Vodafone culture
