What you’ll do

 

Lead and develop the Performance marketing team, providing clear direction, coaching and performance management.

Own the strategy across digital channels in line with business growth objectives.

Drive acquistion and growth with strong fovus on CPA, ROAS and incrementality.

Ensure efficient budget allocation and continous optimization across channels.

Partner closely with brand, media, martech, analytics, commercial teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Oversee performance, governance and accountability of the team ; challenge with data driven insights.

Lead creative testing strategy for performance channels, enabling scalable learning framework. 

Develop audience strategies leveraging first party data, lookalikes and advanced targeting methodologies.

Monitor peformance dashboards and translate complex data into actionable business insights for senior staheholders.   

Drive experimentation roadmap and stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates and competitve landscape to continously evolve strategy.

Who you are

 

Deep expertise in Google ads ecosystem and social media channels , including advanced campaign structuring and optimization. 

10 + years of experience in performance marketing. 

Strong command of bidding strategies, bid strategy testing and budget scaling frameworks. 

Solid undestanding of attribution models, tracking set up and troubleshooting.   

Experience with feed management, automation logic, scripts and AI based optimization dynamics. 

Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large datasets and drive strategic recommendations.

Experience in upper funnel and performance integration and creative testing methodologies.

Comfortable with operating both strategic and executional levels, balancing long term vision with day-to-day excellence. 

Ability to manage cross functional stakeholders effectively.

Strong ownership and growth oriented mindset and accountability. 

Confident decision maker in fast-paced environments.  

Curious, proactive and continously looking for improvement opportunities.
