What you’ll do

We are looking for a Product Lead for our IoT Squad to execute the full lifecyle of enterprise IoT products and solutions (in particular connected car and eCall solutions) as per customer needs and technology evolution, from concept phase to retirement in an environment of continuous improvement.

•    Aligns with the Product Owner for the squad or segment on how the proposition and desired customer experience fit into the overall strategy for the segment/squad;
•    Manages and facilitates Connected Car and eCall projects, in coordination with internal and global stakeholders and device vendors.
•    Manages customer relations, builds strong customer relationship, understands customer requests and governs the process to fulfill customer request in time.
•    Manages presales, implementation, after-sales tasks in Connected Car, eCall projects in coordination with device vendors, customers, Vodafone Group.
•    Performs PoC, development, SIM activation, regulation authority tests, vendor related tests, SMPP, SMS, eSIM, M2M self-integrations.
•    Understands customer painpoints and translates them into actionable insights. Performs necessary detailed analysis, leads internal stakeholders and/or vendors to solve the problems.
•    Acts as accountable for shaping objectives and delivering the business value of IOT products & services in all digital VBU customer product platforms, closely working with IOT partner ecosystem to be enabler for new services and technical capabilities, focusing on process development within squad to serve the best customer experience & increase loyalty, and create efficiency for B2B customers.
•    Acts as a strong voice to shape the desired customer journeys including a digital first mind-set;
•    Collaborates with other teams to gain customer/market insight for new products and product enhancements/redesign and to plan the commercial delivery of the products;
•    Tracks performance (financial, technical, CX) of products reports to ensure the corrective actions and developments are undertaken to achieve the planned objectives and to remain competitive against the competition;
•    Sustains relationships with internal/external stakeholders to ensure their full support for Enterprise mobile products and propositions to achieve product KPIs;
•    Co-operates with IT and Customer Operations teams to provide input to ensure successful operations and customer care for the products developed;
•    Follows and analyzes competitors’ products and communicate competitive threats and opportunities to leadership and prepares product competition analysis;
•    Contributes to Product&Solution chapter development & best practice sharing with the specific areas regarding skils which the role requires;
•    Makes sure that their products serve customers' digitalization journey.
•    Develops products that provide the best customer experience and respond to customer needs&increase customer loyalty.
•    Works in agile method and prioritizes MVP approach effective for the whole organization.
Helps the VBU organization to increase its knowledge of technology trends.

Who you are

•    BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or similar field
•    Minimum 4 years of experience in related field: IOT, Connected Car, Machine-to-machine (M2M) etc.
•    Good understanding of GSM network technologies (3G/4G).
•    Good understanding or software development processes.
•    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycles simultaneously
•    Product/Initiative Life Cycle Management experience
•    Project management and analytical thinking skills
•    Multi-task management
•    Problem solving & data driven decision making
•    Results-driven and delivery-focused
•    Strong Presentation & communication skill
•    Ability to manage / coordinate simultaneous projects, balance competing priorities with good judgment, proactively problem-solve, and meet deadline
•    Agile / Scrum process experience
