What you’ll do

• Design and implement efficient processes across different departments, ensuring all modifications are well-documented.
• Develop and monitor critical KPIs to measure process performance and implement necessary adjustments.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities in process management.
• Collaborate with senior management to align processes with overall business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in process management.
• Align with the Product Owner for the squad or segment on how the proposition and desired customer experience fit into the overall strategy for the segment/squad;
• Act as accountable for shaping objectives and delivering the business value of mobility products & services in all digital VBU customer product platforms, closely working with mobility partner ecosystem on to be enabler for new services and technical capabilities, focusing on process development within squad to serve the best customer experience & increase loyalty, and create efficiency for B2B customers.
• Act as a strong voice to shape the desired customer journeys including a digital first mind-set;
• Collaborate with other teams to gain customer/market insight for new products and product enhancements/redesign and to plan the commercial delivery of the products;
• Track performance (financial, technical, CX ) of products reports to ensure the corrective actions and developments are undertaken to achieve the planned objectives and to remain competitive against the competition;

• Cooperate with IT and Customer Operations teams to provide input to ensure successful operations and customer care for the products developed;
• Analyze competitors’ products and communicate competitive threats and opportunities to leadership and prepares product competition analysis;
• Continously follows up technological trends, competitors’ products and communicates competitive threats and opportunities to leadership;

Who you are

•    BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or similar field, with 3+ years of experience in process management and product management
•    Experience specifically in process management.
•    Demonstrated experience in process lifecycle management, including creation, measurement, improvement, and documentation.
•    Experience in product management of enterprise mobility domain products (tariffs, terminals, etc).
•    Expertise in creating and optimizing process workflows, with the ability to document each step effectively.
•    Proficiency in identifying, measuring, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
•    Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business outcomes.
•    Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex process issues.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
•    Product/Initiative Life Cycle Management experience
•    Project management and analytical thinking skills
•    Multi-task management
•    Problem solving & data driven decision making
•    Results-driven and delivery-focused
•    Strong Presentation & communication skill
•    Ability to manage / coordinate simultaneous projects, balance competing priorities with good judgment, proactively problem-solve, and meet deadline
•    Agile / Scrum process experience
