•    Product Lead makes sure that its products serve customers' digitalization journey.
•    Develops products that provide the best customer experience and respond to customer needs.
•    Designs experiences that will increase customer loyalty.
•    Makes the Agile Working Method and prioritization with MVP approach effective for the whole organization.
•    Helps the VBU organization to increase its knowledge of technology trends.

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

•    The  Product Lead defines the strategy and positioning of the product. They oversee the lifecycle of the product and has deep knowledge of the specific product and its features in order to develop and maintain going forwards. Accountabilities include in depth understanding of the customer and all relevant marketing, commercial and operational activities ensuring the customer needs are addressed
•    Analyses, understands and prepares reports on monthly trends, identifying what’s happened and associated drivers, making recommendations to affect change as appropriate;
•    Supports the definition of the proposition and product strategy for the part of the portfolio the role has accountability for;
•    Use the customer insights, target audience and market opportunities, proposition initiatives and customer experience which will differentiate Vodafone from the competition and grow NPS, revenue, cost management
•    Acts as a strong voice to shape the desired customer journeys including a digital first mind-set; 
•    Aligns with the Product Owner for the squad on how the proposition and desired customer experience fit into the overall strategy for the product/segment;
•    Leads the full E2E delivery and in life management for the product under responsibility, including delivery against business targets and the proactive management of any risks and opportunities as they arise;
•    Is the accountable owner for the portfolio area that falls under this accountability demonstrating the leadership behaviours that come with clear ownership;
•    Works collaboratively with the wider squad community, to continually find ways to make our propositions and offers better and more relevant for our customers, utilising Agile practices to facilitate this at pace;

We are looking for you if you have

•    Minimum 6 years experience, preferably in Telecom / IT sector in related fields
•    Marketing, Product Management, P&L Management, Business Strategy Development experience
•    Knowledge and hands on experience in Telecom Technologies, IoT and M2M
•    Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, Master Degree is a plus
•    Strong written, verbal communication skills &inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English 
•    Agile / Scrum process experience
•    Problem solving & decision making  
•    Results-driven and delivery-focused
•    Project management and analytical thinking skills                      
•    Effectively cope with changing work environment
•    Ability to think creatively and strategically to turn new technologies into commercially successful products
•    Ability to make presentations to a wide spectrum of people at different levels of seniority
