What you’ll do
Responsible for leading and coordinating the end-to-end delivery of Vodafone Business products and services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
The role is accountable for managing the complete project lifecycle—from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure—while acting as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the delivery process.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
• Deliver projects in line with agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual commitments.
• Ensure compliance with Vodafone project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans.
• Monitor project milestones, critical paths, and delivery timelines.Lead full project lifecycle (initiation → planning → execution → closure)• Define project scope, work breakdown structure, delivery roadmap, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate activities across all internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies between Network, IT, Cloud, Security, Operations, Procurement, Product, and third-party suppliers.
• Identify resource requirements and coordinate resource allocation with relevant teams.• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates to customers and senior management.
• Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, Product, and Operational teams.
• Manage customer expectations and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Develop and monitor mitigation and contingency plans.
• Coordinate issue resolution and initiate management escalations when required.
• Assess the impact of change requests and coordinate the approval process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date RAID (Risk, Assumption, Issue, Dependency) logs throughout the project lifecycle.• Coordinate the delivery of Vodafone Business solutions, including but not limited to: Cloud, Security, Data & Network, Voice, IoT and other Vodafone Business products and enterprise solutions
• Coordinating technical solution validation activities.
• Monitoring implementation, testing, service activation, and commissioning.
• Ensuring successful operational handover upon project completion.• Monitor project financial performance and overall commercial impact.
• Support efficient utilization of project resources.
• Track project KPIs and delivery performance.
• Drive actions that contribute to customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT, etc.).
• Ensure project reporting is accurate, complete, and up to date.• Conduct project closure and lessons learned sessions.
• Capture and share best practices across the organization.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Support the adoption of standardized project management practices.• The Project Manager is responsible for managing or facilitating decisions related to:
• Project delivery strategy and execution approach.
• Project planning, scheduling, and prioritization.
• Resource coordination and allocation.
• Supplier and third-party coordination.
• Risk management and escalation.
• Change impact assessment and governance.
• Customer communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Project reporting and governance activities.
Who you are
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Project Management training or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) is preferred
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience in Telecommunications, ICT, or Information Technology projects.
• Experience managing customer-facing project delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience managing enterprise and strategic customer projects is preferred
• Good understanding of Vodafone Business solutions, including but not limited to: Cloud, Security, Data & Network, Voice, IoT and other Enterprise Connectivity solutions
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting.
• Awareness of commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of project delivery.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
• Strong leadership and ownership mindset
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams
• High stakeholder management and negotiation capability
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and delivery excellence
