What you’ll do
•To support implementation of fixed telecom regulatory issues within the company.
•Leading official communication with the Authority Bodies.
•To support related departments for assurance of compliance with the fixed regulatory obligations.
•Reviewing regulations announced for public opinion and consolidating company change requests and comments.
•Ensure that ICTA/BTK regular reports are delivered accurately and on time.
•Representing company and creating sustainable/credible relationship at Government Authorities such as Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation, BTK, Digital Transformation Office etc.
•To initiate updating relevant procedures according to the regulatory changes together with related departments.
•To support business units to secure procedures are up-to-date and meet latest regulatory requirements.
•To research regulatory risks and give feedback to the other functions to secure protective & solution actions.
•Follow up day-to-day Regulatory developments, comments and shared related departments
•To inform and follow up related department actions to be prepared against any regulatory investigation or audit.
•To represent Company during meeting/investigations/audits.
•To prepare report on the audits and investigations and provide necessary documentation.
•To inform management about predicted risks on audits and investigations.
•Following up the issues that need to be improved with the outcomes after the audits and investigations and directing the relevant units for compliance.
•Following up new technologies that would affect regulatory strategy, preparing international benchmarks and conducting whitepapers to support company’s position.
•To assist Techfin / Fintech regulation colleagues for mobile payment, e-money, digital wallet, qr code payment, financing products.
Who you are
•University degree in Engineering, Business Administrations or Similar Disciplines
•With up to 3 years of experience/interest in the fields of Telecommunication Regulation
•Excellent writing and reporting skills
•Fluent English
•Knowledge of Telecom or similar field legislations
•Excellent team work culture
•Business and commercial sense
•Communication and negotiation skills
