Retail Development Associate Manager

What you’ll do

Manage the planning, execution and maintenance of visual decoration and equipments for retail spaces, ensuring to align with brand standards and enhance customer experience.

• Develop and execute decoration concepts in line with the brand’s identity working with VF Group Retail and Property Teams.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive design strategies.

• Research trends in retail decoration to propose innovative ideas.

• Coordinate with suppliers,contractors and internal teams t procure and manage materials.

• Create Project timelines and budgets while tracking progress and expenses.

• Conduct regular site visits to assess and update decorations as needed.

• Adapt layouts and designs to maximize the use of space and enhance customer flow.

• Monitor the impact of decorations on customer engagement and sales.

Who you are

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, Master Degree is a plus

• Presentable and strong analytical thinking skills

• Strong written, verbal communication skills& interpersonal skills both in Turkish and English

• Multi-task management

• Problem-solving & decision making

• Results-driven and delivery-focused
