Role Purpose:
To support in the execution of the Reward and recognition strategy of VOIS Turkey by delivering benefit scheme, recognition frameworks, salary benchmarking, and annual reward review cycle.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
•Able to support in the execution of the ARR process covering annual salary review, bonus and share plan, as per timelines, with minimal guidance.
•Execute market research for compensation and new activities to understand the labour market potential and cost implications with minimal guidance.
•Ensure data accuracy for reward and OE related data – coordinate with HR Operations and HRBPs for accuracy.
•Test, execute and enable implementation of online systems for compensation & variable pay module with guidance.
•Able to apply Reward policies and practices in straightforward tasks and routine activities.
•Able to create and maintain basic documentation such as guidelines for stakeholders.
•Able to understand Reward data in data analytics tools and provide inputs to improve processes.
•Able to deal with Reward basic questions and issues to find the best solutions with different internal stakeholders.
•Support implementation of the VOIS reward strategy in line with the Vodafone Group’s policies.
•Support in the International Mobility processes to ensure smooth completion and follow up by supporting HR Ops. team and HRBPs activities.
•Contribute to and drive projects related to the area.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•2 years’ experience in an HR area, preferably Reward, Compensation or Benefits.
•Some experience of HR processes such as: Salary review, Variable pay calculation, International Mobility support, etc.
•Knowledge on Vendor management and negotiation skills.
•Basic knowledge of Willis Towers Watson Global Grading System and Salary surveys (desirable).
•Basic knowledge and understanding of Turkey labour regulation.
•Fluent English skills both written and spoken.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
•University of college degree or equivalent experience.
•Good MS Office knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point are a must.
•Basic knowledge of data analytics tools: e.g. Excel Queries, Power BI, as user.
•Basic knowledge of Turkey Labour regulation.
•Basic experience in HRS systems, preferably Success Factors.
