SME Base Sales Executive

What you’ll do

• Set strategies to reach overall company goals and managing, training & focusing sales teams towards those goals and vision of company in assigned region (İzmir)

• Lead digital transformation projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness of SME Base customers in assigned region (İzmir)

• Design workflows and manage sales organizations & partners by KPI criteria prepared by company and executing them by considering profitability objectives of sales organization in assigned region (İzmir)

• Manage base sales executives within his/her territory

• Be responsible for ensuring the executives and their respective sales markets meet and exceed all sales, operational and performance objectives by providing training, development and coaching

• Set the sales strategies within the assigned territory in line with company sales and overall strategies

• Ensure that the assigned sectors and customers are fully utilized in terms of Vodafone products and services (i.e., mobile, fixed and solutions)

• Work closely with solution sales teams to generate sales opportunities in base customers

• Ensures sales teams are motivated and that accounts and opportunities are allocated to maximize revenue growth

• Ensures diversity and attrition targets within sales teams are met

• Guarantees team’s compliance with Sales methods & tools (i.e., SFDC quality) to ensure alignment with other teams and functions

Who you are

• University degree

• Experience in Telecommunication sector and sales (especially in the field of fixed solutions)

• Min. 6+ years experience in sales

• Ability to think strategically and drive transformational sales programmes for the team

• Good negotiation skills

• Very good written and verbal communication skills both in English

• Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary

• Capable of working for projects in a matrix-organisation
