What you’ll do

Role Purpose
Solution Architect in Customer Management domain will:
 
* Lead domain visioning and roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy.
* Define strategic/tactical solutions and influence stakeholders.
* Focus on long-term architecture and strategy for Customer Management.
* Oversee architecture for cross-functional, multi-platform systems.
* Collaborate with Enterprise Architects for alignment.
* Ensure high-value architecture and design artifacts.
* Work with business stakeholders to develop IT strategies.
* Lead complex initiatives involving multiple departments and technologies.
* Manage domain portfolio lifecycle and drive innovation, including overseeing CRM-related solutions (Customer, Inventory, Loyalty, Lead Management, Service Request & Complaint, VAS, Messaging, Promotion Management, Lead to Order Sales Automation), identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation, and establishing communication channels to monitor user experience proactively. This responsibility covers the entire Mobile Telco and Non-Telco business domains, and partially covers the Fixed Telco business domain.
 
 
Responsibilities
Technical:
 
* Ensure agile squads deliver solutions aligned with domain architecture principles.
* Lead SDLC activities for strategic initiatives.
* Implement DevOps tools and lifecycle processes.
* Collaborate with Ops/Infra teams for system dimensioning.
* Review and approve vendor design documents; monitor development.
* Adapt existing domain architecture to Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), create target architecture and roadmap.
* Define AI use cases, build roadmap for implementation, and drive execution.
 
Non-Technical:
 
* Manage vendors and contracts.
* Execute RFQ/RFP processes.
* Support budgeting and financial planning.
* Contribute to shareholder relations and reporting.
* Mentor and guide team members.
 
 
Key Accountabilities
 
* Deliver domain architecture strategy and ensure compliance.
* Drive adoption of DevOps and agile practices.
* Maintain scalability and performance.
* Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality standards.
* Lead high-impact projects with cross-functional teams.
 
 
Key Activities / Decision Areas
 
* Approve architecture and design decisions.
* Decide on technology stack and integration approaches.
* Evaluate and select vendors and solutions.
* Prioritize initiatives based on strategic alignment.
* Monitor KPIs for solution performance and user experience.

Who you are

Qualifications
Education & Experience
 
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
*Minimum 7+ years of experience in software analysis, design, development, and architecture.
* Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional IT initiatives.
* Knowledge and experience in business processes related to the domain responsibilities (Customer, Inventory, Loyalty, Lead Management, Service Request & Complaint, VAS, Messaging, Promotion Management, Lead to Order Sales Automation) is a strong plus.
 
Technical / Professional Expertise
 
* Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development technologies.
Expertise in:
 
* Programming & Architecture: Java, J2EE, REST, SOAP, Web Services, Microservices.
* Cloud & Containerization: RedHat OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes.
* Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB).
* DevOps & Automation: Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Puppet.
* Event-Driven Architecture: Kafka or similar event streaming platforms.
* AI & Data: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integration strategies
* Siebel IP15 or later versions is considered a strong advantage.
 
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.
* Knowledge of test automation, CI/CD, and performance optimization.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and team player.
* Ability to mentor and guide less experienced staff.

* Fluent in English; experience in international environments.
* Ability to maintain an Enterprise Architecture (EA) perspective, ensuring alignment of domain solutions with overall enterprise strategy and architecture principles.
