What you’ll do
• Understand all end-to-end requirements from stakeholders and deliver the most suitable solution aligned with expected speed, quality, and cost.
• Lead feasibility and technical design activities to provide company-wide technical solutions, ensuring effective process management and adherence to agreed budgets.
• As a squad member, take responsibility for all activities that enable the team to achieve sprint goals and KPIs.
• Support ideation and scoping processes by contributing to scoring, feasibility assessment, and complexity evaluation.
• Estimate the size and effort of backlog items.
• Provide technical and financial (CAPEX) insights, including effort estimations, constraints, dependencies, risks, and alternative solutions.
• Produce detailed functional and technical analyses for backlog items, ensuring alignment with solution designers in other squads and consistency on integration points.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions in line with the agreed scope, Group guidelines, and TR IT target architecture and strategy.
• Collaborate with Operations and Infrastructure teams to ensure proper system dimensioning based on business traffic forecasts.
• Support test case preparation and review testing scenarios.
• Work closely with developers on LLD preparation and delivery activities.
• Provide design support for defects and issues raised by stakeholders within the responsible domain.
• Execute RFP/RFQ/RFI processes when required and assess vendor technical capabilities to identify suitable products and services.
• Collaborate with the solution architect to maintain product roadmaps and target architecture.
• Review and approve vendor design documents and follow up on vendor development activities.
• When assigned as Lead Solution Designer, oversee end-to-end design activities and ensure the delivery meets expected quality standards.
• Manage technical vendor relationships in accordance with contractual responsibilities.
• Ensure that delivery standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices are applied to drive efficiency.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies to support continuous improvement in team effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of long-term strategic goals.
• Comply with VFTR information security policies, standards, and procedures.
Who you are
• Bachelor's degree from Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Mathematics Engineering and other related departments.
• 5+ years of software analysis/design/development/engineering experience.
• Broad knowledge of software technology and development processes, particularly Scrum, TDD or BDD, disciplined agile delivery and lean development.
• High level knowledge of Cloud Technologies(Openshift is plus) and MicroService architecture
• Experiences on any unit testing tool
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and No-SQL open source databases like Mongo etc.
• Customer focused, dependable solution oriented, hardworking, team focused
• Ability to a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
• Result oriented, strongly motivated leader with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Eagerness for quality and continuous improvement of processes
• Familiar with working in an international environment

• Strong Presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Very good level of English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
• Hands-on expertise with CRM Contracting tools&systems
• Familiarity with Sales Force Automation, Loyality systems
• Ability to design and optimize in house platforms
• Experience with real-time data processing and performance monitoring in high-traffic environments
• Have development background and experiences
