Role Purpose

To coordinate financial reporting activities for M-Pesa Finance and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial submissions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and schedules
  • Coordinate IFRS and OHADA reporting submissions
  • Maintain reporting templates and controls
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Perform variance analysis and commentary
  • Coordinate audit support documentation
  • Ensure reporting compliance with Group deadlines

Key Performance Indicators

  • Reporting submission timeliness
  • Accuracy of financial reports
  • Audit adjustment levels
  • Forecast accuracy

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Professional certification preferred
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
