Role Purpose

To manage operational support for e-money settlement activities, partner settlements, wallet funding, and transactional treasury operations

Key Accountabilities

  • Process e-money settlements and partner funding transactions
  • Monitor settlement queues and operational liquidity
  • Support wallet-to-bank and bank-to-wallet operations
  • Ensure accurate settlement documentation and approvals
  • Escalate settlement failures and delays
  • Maintain settlement logs and operational controls
  • Support automation initiatives for settlement processing

Key Performance Indicators

  • Settlement turnaround time
  • Failed transaction rate
  • Operational accuracy rate
  • Settlement reconciliation completion

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Banking, or Accounting
  • 3+ years in payment operations or treasury operations
