If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end financing process, ensuring an excellent customer and store experience while maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and financial accuracy.This role acts as the primary contact between customers, retail channels, internal stakeholders, and the financing partner, supporting proposal processing, case management, issue resolution, documentation validation, and financial reconciliation activities.

What you’ll do

  • Respond to customer questions about how to request credit for an equipment purchase;
  • Help customers complete requests and provide straightforward status updates;
  • Register and update cases accurately in the relevant systems;
  • Follow up on incomplete or pending requests;
  • Financial reconciliation e Identify process improvement opportunities;
  • Resolve common questions and escalate non-standard cases to the appropriate team.

Who you are

  • Clear and helpful verbal and written communication;
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow defined procedures;
  • Basic digital skills and confidence learning new systems;
  • Reliability, organisation and willingness to learn;
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, a contact centre or administration can be helpful.
