The CVM Performance & Insights Analyst is responsible for monitoring commercial and campaign performance, evaluating A/B tests and personalization initiatives, and translating data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that influence business decisions.This role focuses on understanding why performance changes, identifying key drivers, and supporting optimization of targeting, offers and customer engagement strategies across the customer lifecycle. The analyst works on top of existing data foundations and dashboards, using deep analytical thinking and SQL-based analysis when required to inform decisions.
What you’ll do
- Own monitoring of campaign and commercial KPIs;
- Lead A/B test and experimentation analysis;
- Deliver clear, actionable business recommendations;
- Drive SQL deep‑dives on performance drivers;
- Act as trusted analytics partner to squads and stakeholders.
Who you are
- Degree in Management, Economy, Math, Engineering or Data Science;
- Analytical and critical thinking, with the ability to move from data to recommendation;
- Experience in performance analysis, business analytics, marketing analytics or CVM/CRM analytics;
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decision‑making;
- Experience interpreting dashboards and analytical outputs;
- Databases (SQL and/or Google Big Query);
- English and Portuguese fluency.
