What you’ll do

  • Calendar management for the CEO, ensuring optimal scheduling and prioritization of strategic engagements;
  • Reception and coordination of external dignitaries meeting with the CEO, ensuring high-level representation;
  • Scheduling and coordination of meetings, including logistical and document preparation;
  • Management of weekly Executive Committee meetings: scheduling, document collection and distribution;
  • Organization of the quarterly meeting with Vodafone Group, overseeing all logistical aspects;
  • Planning and execution of corporate events involving the Executive Committee and Vodafone Group Board, including visits from global leadership teams and annual strategy meetings: Venue selection, Invitation management, Hotel bookings, Institutional protocol and Menu planning and gift selection.
  • Travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers), both domestic and international;
  • Institutional representation of Vodafone with internal teams and external stakeholders, including key figures from Portuguese companies and government.

  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines;
  • Resilience in high-pressure and demanding environments;
  • Adaptability to change and a strong sense of responsibility;  
  • Customer-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to workload and pace;
  • Deep understanding of corporate protocol and appropriate communication styles;
  • Proficient in technological tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Online calendars and collaborative platforms and Organizational management systems;
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
