What you’ll do
- Lead the development and optimisation of web and mobile applications for Digital Channels using React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js;
- Design and implement advanced rendering strategies: Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Client-Side Rendering (CSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR);
- Drive adoption of multi-frontend architectures or micro-frontends;
- Integrate solutions with headless CMS platforms (experience with Contentful is a strong advantage);
- Ensure web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices across all deliverables;
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and code reviews;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Champion agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Who you are
- Degree in Computer Science or related field;
- Strong hands-on experience with React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js;
- Deep understanding of rendering strategies (SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR);
- Proven experience with micro-frontends and scalable architectures;
- Familiarity with headless CMS integration (Contentful is a plus);
- Expertise in web performance, accessibility, and SEO optimisation;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to make critical decisions;
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments;
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities;
- Continuous improvement mindset and experience in agile methodologies;
- Fluent in English.
