What you’ll do
To contribute to the execution of the Internal Communication strategy, by designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive programmes, communications, and cross-functional initiatives across Vodafone Portugal’s various channels and media platforms. The primary objective is to reinforce and promote the company’s organizational culture, strategic priorities (Customer, Growth and Simplicity), and business objectives, while increasing visibility of our Products & Services. Furthermore, these efforts aim to enhance employee motivation, engagement, and foster a strong sense of pride and ownership within the organisation.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Support the HR and Internal Comms Strategy, by developing and executing tactical comms plans and activities for transformation programmes, internal launches and overall strategic initiatives;
- Create regular institutional and informative content aligned with the company's values and guidelines, across the different channels (email, intranet, tv screens, internal social networks);
- Plan and execute the organization and promotion of internal events, such as workshops, trainings, and corporate celebrations;
- Collaborate with the HR and overall teams in cross functional initiatives;
- Monitor and analyse performance indicators of communication initiatives.
Who you are
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics or Management;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (comfortable with ambiguity);
- High level of creativity & innovation People and cultural understanding;
- Strong oral and written communication skills (great Portuguese skills)
- Excellent degree of autonomy, proactivity and self-motivation;
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics or Management;
- “Project” and function management (+5 years);
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Good expertise in digital channels (familiarity with image and video editing tools, as well as internal communication platforms);
- Good measurement and statistics aptitude;
- Proficiency in English.
