What you’ll do

  • Provide legal advice on public procurement matters, including the preparation and review of procedural documents, support during the pre‑contractual phase, and monitoring of contract execution;
  • Monitor and manage judicial or contentious proceedings arising from public procurement procedures in which Vodafone is involved, ensuring cross‑functional legal support and the coordination and technical supervision of work carried out by external legal counsel;
  • Ensure the follow‑up and management of legal proceedings related to the company’s activities in the area of public procurement, including associated deadlines;
  • Monitor and analyse legislative and case law developments in public procurement that are relevant to the sector and to Vodafone’s business;
  • Prepare legal opinions and recommendations to support strategic decision‑making by the business areas.

Who you are

  • Law degree;
  • Master’s degree or specialised training in Administrative Law and/or Public Procurement Law;
  • Membership of the Portuguese Bar Association (completion of the traineeship);
  • Previous experience or knowledge in the area of Public Procurement;
  • Up to 3 years of post‑traineeship experience in legal practice, with particular relevance to administrative litigation;
  • Fluency in English.
