What you’ll do

  • To assign, coordinate, and monitor the progress and flow of VBU Enterprise Solutions Managed Services team, assuring compliance with VBTS best practises and promoting a close cooperation with project management, customers, and external partners, to successfully deliver managed services within expected quality, budget, and SLAs (Service Level Agreements). 
  • Coordinates the workload, prioritization, and escalation with external partners (who provide Managed Services to Vodafone), to maximise the KPI Projects/Services Closed. 
  • Defines and negotiates with internal/external suppliers the workflow processes for the end-to-end Managed Services lifecycle on Enterprise Solutions, to assure a smooth rollout with clear roles and responsibilities in advance. 
  • Incorporates lessons-learned and suggests improvements to the Project Management and Managed Services processes, which increases efficiencies, success rate, or NPS. 
  • Works closely with other VBTS coordination teams (either internal or external) to achieve the best “end-to-end” outcome from Project Initiation to Project Closure. 
  • Works closely with VBU teams (e.g., Pre Sales and Product Management) and Customer Operations, to launch and maintain VBU Managed Services portfolio.

Who you are

  • BSc or master’s degree in engineering, computer sciences, or equivalent; 
  • Project Management or Service Management experience; 
  • Project Management or ITIL Certification;
  • Technical experience on IP Networks, Cloud, or Security;
  • Leadership and people agility, create connections with other teams and partners to promote effective collaboration and teamwork;
  • Customer focused mentality and build relationships on- and off-project with relevant teams working in the same or different domain areas;
  • Portuguese/English language proficiency.
