What's in it for you

To manage resources (human, physical) and activities of Vodafone Direct retail stores and the commercial activity of Vodafone Indirect retail stores in Center&South region (managed by Agents), both in line with the commercial strategy defined by the Consumer Business Unit, in order to achieve sales targets and continuously improve customer experience.

What you’ll do

  • Manage Sales: establish sales targets, co-ordinate local action plans, monitor activity and performance of each store, in order to correct deviations, etc);
  • Define and continuously review action plans according to market’s dynamics to guarantee commercial targets achievement;
  • Manage Direct Human Resources and Outsourcing contract levels of service;
  • Guarantee image compliance and an adequate stock management;
  • Support Agents business management aligned with Vodafone way, KPIs and best practices.

Who you are

  • Bachelor or Master in Management or Marketing;
  • 5 years in Sales positions or similar;
  • Ambitious, competitive and results driven;
  • Analytic skills to analyse several information sources and KPIs;
  • Commercial and negotiation experience;
  • Team management experience;
  • Telecommunications Business knowledge.
  • Portuguese and English fluency.
