If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact. We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Marketing Manager – Sales Incentives & Commission Plans – to lead the design, planning and governance of incentive programs across multiple sales channels. This role is accountable for ensuring that sales incentive and commission frameworks are aligned with commercial priorities, financially robust and effective in driving channel performance, engagement and productivity. Working in close partnership with Finance, IT, Marketing and Sales Channel teams, this position plays a critical role in translating business objectives into sustainable and high-impact remuneration models.

What you’ll do

  • Drive the continuous review and optimization of commissions plans and incentive mechanisms to enhance motivation, productivity, and overall channel performance;
  • Define, implement, and govern commission plans supported by robust business cases and sometimes IT projects; 
  • Lead the design, planning and management of sales incentive programs across multiple sales channels. Ensure full financial oversight of incentive initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of commissions incentive frameworks against sales targets and broader commercial objectives; 
  • Partner closely with Finance, IT, Marketing and Sales Channel teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

Who you are

  • Degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance or related;
  • 5–8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in sales incentives, commission plans, commercial performance management, or similar areas;
  • Demonstrated experience in sales incentives, commission plans, commercial performance management or similar areas; Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and business case development;
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to assess incentive effectiveness and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations;
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
