What you’ll do
As part of the Consumer Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing cross-squad projects, focusing on digital transformation and simplification, fostering collaboration between areas, and accelerating the adoption of innovative solutions that positively impact customer experience and operational efficiency. You will define, lead, and implement communications for products and services. Acting as a project manager for various customer segments, you will interact with different product managers, as well as with finance, legal, and technology teams, ensuring an end-to-end vision aligned with Vodafone’s strategy.
Main responsibilities and decision-making:
- Monitor the market, including products, prices, and positioning;
- Implement and manage dashboards based on multiple data sources;
- Identify business requirements and manage implementation projects, including cross-functional digital initiatives;
- Prepare documents and executive presentations to support strategic proposals;
- Track product life cycles and share insights with other teams;
- Analyse sales performance and market data to identify trends and opportunities;
- Suggest marketing campaigns considering sales, costs, and margins;
- Present data from different perspectives, design and develop relational databases for data collection and visualization;
- Conduct detailed analyses, generate insights, and respond to ad-hoc requests regarding business strategies, product offerings, campaign performance, customer profiles, data quality, and A/B testing.
Who you are
- Degree in Engineering, Management, Marketing or a related field;
- More than 2 years of relevant experience in project management;
- Strong analytical skills and experience in managing multiple data sources;
- Business acumen and negotiation skills;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to different stakeholders and contexts;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
