Design, certify and deliver bespoke network, cybersecurity, cloud, unified communications and IoT solutions for enterprise customers, coordinating activities across presales, implementation and the solution life-cycle. Co-create architectures with Enterprise Engineering, ensure technical validation and cost/SLA assessment, and help bring innovation to life through lab/PoC work with partners and vendors. For strategic customers, accompany implementation when technical innovation is in scope. Provide support and guidance to keep priorities on track and represent the team in project forums when required.
What you’ll do
- Design and document fixed and converged tailored network solutions, co-creating the architecture with Enterprise Engineering;
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to certify technical solutions considering the sell, build and run processes;
- Manage milestones, dependencies, and risks, focusing define and execute certification test plans and documentation; ensure teams sign‑off of the new technical solutions;
- Run lab trials/PoCs with partners/vendors for non‑standard or innovation‑led scenarios;
- Collaborate with presales and bid teams to evaluate opportunities that require innovative technical solutions;
- Join customer meetings for requirements discovery and technical presentations;
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through network technology expertise;
- Keep up to date with processes, tools and technologies (fixed/mobile, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, cloud, IoT);
- Share good practices and learnings from PoCs/projects;
- Step up to coordinate team priorities and represent the team in project forums when required.
Who you are
- Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Engineering (preferred);
- Medium Enterprise and Corporate Customers for complex solutions implementation;
- Pre-Sales and Partner Management Teams;
- Core, Transmission and Services Engineering;
- Access, Data network, Voice Network and Transmission teams for solutions design validation and certification;
- Enterprise Solutions- Implementation for project hand-over and solutions certification;
- Customer operations – Technical Support and Process teams for large and complex solutions design and solutions certification;
- External solution suppliers;
- English/Portuguese Language proficiency.
