What you’ll do
This role will support the definition and execution of marketing strategies and go-to-market initiatives across a variety of connectivity products, services, and enterprise customer segments.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including CVM, Digital, Brand, Commercial, Product and Legal, ensuring alignment and consistency across product launches, campaigns and customer touchpoints. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, driving customer engagement, and delivering business impact through data-driven marketing actions.
Main responsibilities as Team member:
- Identify market opportunities and support product/service development and lifecycle management;
- Drive portfolio enhancements focused on innovation, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth;
- Define and execute pricing strategies aligned with profitability goals and cost models; support Business Case preparation;
- Lead promotional campaigns to drive acquisition and retention, including performance analysis and optimization;
- Coordinate training and communication materials across sales, support, and service channels, ensuring up-to-date information;
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization.
Who you are
- Higher education in Management, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Ability to manage change and contribute to customer-centric solutions;
- Experience working in cross-functional teams;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset;
- Analytical skills and ability to make data-informed decisions;
- Awareness of digital trends and marketing technologies;
- Expertise in the Telecommunications Market and Industry;
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on innovation and creativity;
- Strong sense of ownership, planning, and autonomy;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or related roles;
- Fluency in English.
