Manage high-impact product partnerships with key technology providers and system integrators, ensuring that the relationships are nurtured, there is a go-to-market initiatives and certifications planning, as well as a performance management alignment with the end goal of creating synergies and leveraging joint market opportunities.  The role also oversees driving digital initiatives, such as the design and delivery of AI Agents and other innovative enterprise solutions with the aim of fostering productivity and sales enablement.  The role will be key to ensure Vodafone’s most important partnerships and digital initiatives remain innovative, scalable, and aligned with business objectives, by driving business growth and long-term market leadership.  

What you’ll do

  • Lead the strategy and day-to-day management of Vodafone’s most strategic Product Partnerships;
  • Align on partnership initiatives roadmap with the different partner vendors;
  • Monitor KPIs and success Product partnership metrics;
  • Ensure the execution and alignment of go-to-market initiatives and  across product management and vendors;
  • Plan certification strategy in line with Partner’s requirements and VB Academy priorities;
  • Manage the roadmap, design and delivery approach to a selected number of Product digital initiatives,  including AI;
  • Drive Product digital AI projects, ensuring quality delivery and full alignment with cross functional teams; 
  • Represent local OPCO within group whenever needed, ensuring strategic addressing of relevant issues and contribute with local market insights.

Who you are

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, project management or partnerships management, preferably in technology or telecommunications industry;
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and supplier coordination skills;
  • Ability to manage, align and monitor projects, ensuring compliance with best practices and successful delivery within roadmap expectations;
  • Experience within B2B environment and technology or telecoms vendors to enable effective commercial initiatives and business growth;
  • Experience of working within complex, international matrix environment;
  • Experience of working in/with local markets and/or group functions to collectively deliver successful outcomes.
  • Experience of working with multi-national stakeholder groups and/or external vendors;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities;
  • Fluency in English.
