What you’ll do
- Define and execute the product roadmap, features, and lifecycle management;
- Own portfolio P&L — revenue, margin, pricing, and business case delivery;
- Lead go-to-market strategy, launch readiness, and commercial enablement;
- Drive cross-functional programs (platform modernization, feature rollout);
- Ensure customer experience excellence (service availability, NPS, SLAs);
- Represent Vodafone Portugal in Vodafone Group product councils and partner forums;
- Mentor product and marketing resources within Unified Comms solutions.
Who you are
- University degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product or project management, preferably in telecommunications or tech companies.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, business case modelling, and marketing tools;
- Telco & Unified Comms Expertise, Product Management, Marketing & GTM, Program Management, Financial Management, Stakeholder Management;
- Strategic Product Thinking - defines clear long-term direction and differentiates Vodafone’s UC offer;
- Commercial Acumen - deep understanding of P&L drivers, pricing, and ROI;
- Customer Focus - designs solutions that enhance enterprise communication experiences;
- Execution Excellence - delivers complex programs on time, on scope, on budget;
- Cross-Functional Influence - aligns Sales, Technology, and Marketing to shared goals;
- Innovation Mindset - champions the integration of new technologies in current portfolio bringing new value proposition to the product;
- Knowledge of SIP, FMC, PBX, Cisco solutions (optional);
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
