Your contribution
As Senior TOC Expert, you will lead the service management function within the TOC, ensuring high-quality monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, governance, and customer operations across our tower infrastructure. You will play a key role in defining operational strategies, improving service performance, and managing escalations across multiple regions.
- You oversee tower site monitoring, incident detection, and response, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- You troubleshoot and resolve issues, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- You manage escalations, resolving complex cases with stakeholders and external partners.
- You design and implement the TOC Operating Model, governance structures, and performance frameworks.
- You generate and analyze operational and service reports, track KPI/SLA/OLA adherence, and drive continuous improvement.
- You onboard and support customers, manage service reviews, handle inquiries, and enhance the overall customer experience.
What makes you stand out

10+ years of experience in Service Management, NOC/TOC Operations, or Infrastructure Monitoring

Proven expertise in incident management, troubleshooting, governance, and escalation handling

Strong skills in customer success management, stakeholder collaboration, and leadership

Solid analytical and reporting abilities with KPI/SLA tracking experience

Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (C1 CEFR)

University degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar (preferred)
