What's in it for you

  • Customer Characterization and Segmentation: Utilizing customer data, the AI-Driven marketing team can better define and understand customer profiles to fine-tune the offers extended to them.

  • PEGA Variables Creation and Maintenance: The marketing team defines and tests customer data variables for PEGA, which is used as the decision-making engine for each customer.

  • A/B Testing and Personalisation Results and Recommendations: The marketing team evaluates communication strategies and campaign success.

  • Audience Monitoring and Channels Performance Evaluation: The marketing team is also responsible to guarantee all client data is consistent and that 100% of Vodafone clients are addressed either by commercial campaigns or legal communications.

  • PEGA Data Monitoring: The AI marketing team is responsible for monitoring the data quality registered on PEGA data models, as feedback sent by channels or other properties required by the AoM ecosystem best practices.

What you’ll do

  • Campaigns data models

  • Customer data mart used by PEGA

  • Campaigns data analyses with insights/recommendations

  • Campaigns addressable bases.

Who you are

  • Degree in Math, Engineering, Management or Economy

  • English and Portuguese fluency

  • Databases (SQL and/or Google Big Query)

  • Visualization Tools (QlikSense and/or Looker Studio preferential)

  • Data Analytics and Insights

  • Data Modelling

  • Data Visualization

  • Telecommunications business

  • Agile

  • Fluent in English.
