CVM Manager
What's in it for you

Define and articulate CVM Campaigns with Vodafone Business Segments through the analysis of clients information and commercial leads’ creation;

Management of client’s life cycle outbound campaigns (SMS, E-mail, Push Notifications,…);

Define requisites and follow-up projects' implementation

Define and articulate NBA Campaigns with commercial channels and customer care;
-
Optimize CVM campaigns and develop digital customer journeys;
-
Analyse and identify business opportunities through the clustering of B2B universe of clients and prospects;
-
Analyse and understand the campaign and channel performance (direct, indirect, retail, digital);
-
Promote process optimization, testing the effectiveness of different courses of action and the accuracy of the information;

Work closely with commercial teams, in order to implement solutions, monitor and continuously improve results.

Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions;

Ensure the quality of the information in the multiple sources/systems;

Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.
Who you are
-
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, campaign management and/or customer segmentation fields, or similar;
-
Good Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Access,…);
-
Nice to have: familiarity with Pega Marketing (Campaign Management);
-
Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on business development;
-
Analytical thinking with a strong desire to deliver and develop;

Good communication and presentation skills;
-
PMO and implementation of projects end2end (data interpretation, presentation of scenarios and implementation of the solution).
