Design and Innovation Expert
What's in it for you
Within Digital Engineering, Design and Innovation team is responsible to deliver end to end design of new digital solutions and platforms. We rely in our expertise to design innovative products supporting planning and optimization of our networks with focus on customer experience improvement. We are also responsible for vendor selection and management, identifying partners who can speed up the delivery of our digital strategy. Discussing with Product team and customers, the Design and Innovation Expert need to translate requirements into design specifications or select the appropriate vendor, to enable the delivery of innovative products on digital area.
What you’ll do
- Set digital product Design blueprint to be followed by both internal developers and vendors;
- Lead customers’ best practise and innovation platform for own product line;
- Design or manage vendor selection and vendor management for own products;
- Continuously analyse data to pin new opportunities and maximize products’ value;
- Manage the development of new proof of concept projects.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s or master’s in telecommunications Engineering or similar;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in network Engineering function;
- Be able to work with data models and mine large and complex data sets;
- Knowledge on Google cloud platform or data science and new GenAI solutions;
- Knowledge on network planning and optimization, to identify how to innovate through Gen AI approached;
- Ability to understand business requirements, interpret data, and develop & propose improvement strategies based on our gaps;
- Great multi-national, multi-cultural leadership skills to align large team of technical resources around a common strategy and Design;
- Strong knowledge on Telco domain, with focus on mobile/fixed networks;
- Expertise with various industry applicable data sources;
- Experience with Agile foundations;
- Portuguese/English Language proficiency.
