What you’ll do

Design and implement a business development strategy capable of hyperscaling IOT Sales, based on Global IoT Managed Connectivity, aligned with Vodafone guidelines, and capable of satisfying the needs of our customers to, remotely, manage their global business, from their offices, in a safer, more innovative, robust and secured way.

  • Market
    • Identify new market trends.
    • Anticipate main Customer needs, in each vertical.
    • Follow regulatory decisions that can originate new IoT opportunities.
    • Propose and align with Sales Areas, strategies to approach our Customers & Prospects.
  • Sales & Marketing Teams
    • Interact with Vodafone Sales Channels, namely their Managers, Coordinators and Account Managers to pursuit a consistent tracking of opportunities.
    • Establish continuous follow up with Indirect Sales Partners to support Customers during their digitalization process.
    • Cooperate with Product & Go to Market on the IoT Strategic Plan, as well on the Communications Plan and respective activities.
  • Pre Sales & Delivery Teams
    • Keep tracking of leads portfolio that is being pursuit by Vodafone Portugal.
      • Provide support to Pre Sales and Delivery Teams.
  • Partner Solutions
    • Provide managed IoT connectivity features to Partner Solutions to make them more resilient and secure.
  • Sales Process
    • Participate in the quotation process of new RFQ’s and RFI’s.
  • Solutions Design
    • Involve Solution Architect and the rest of the Team to contribute for the reliability of each Customer project.

Who you are

  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial, Computer Science or Business Management;
  • Relevant professional experience in the IoT or ICT areas (minimum 5 years);
  • Proven experience in commercial relations with clients, in consultative sales in the area of telecommunications and/or IoT;
  • Stakeholder management;
  • Communication skills;
  • C-level relationship management;
  • Enjoying working in a multicultural environment;
  • Team spirit; 
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally;
  • Portuguese/English language proficiency.
