What you’ll do

  • Define the Managed Services product strategy in Enterprise Business Area.
  • Responsible for analyzing market opportunities, preparing business cases and evaluating pricing models for new solutions and products
  • Define business and user experience requirements for the development of new solutions, and evolution of existing solutions
  • Participation in the elaboration of market consultations and in the contracting processes with service and solution providers, in alignment with the Supply Chain area
  • Ensure compliance of products and services with Vodafone’s company data protection and cybersecurity policies, in coordination with the areas of privacy and technology, and cooperate with the legal area in the elaboration of the solutions terms of service
  • Monitor IT and Engineering development projects, from a business requester perspective, until the go live
  • Ensure the definition of pre-sales, delivery and support processes, in cooperation with the responsible operational areas
  • Create reference data for charging and reporting of new solutions
  • Create Product documentation for the Go to Market teams
  • Cooperate with Go to Market teams in the training of commercial areas and in the collection of customer feedback to ensure proper management of the life cycle of existing products
  • Monitoring the performance and life cycle of products and solutions, until their end of life
  • Ensure that services/products generate high levels of satisfaction/NPS
  • Execute the strategy in the Managed Services area, through the development of offers that support revenue growth in this area

Who you are

  • Degree (preferably) in electrical engineering, telecommunications or information technology
  • Knowledge in the Managed Services or Support Processes Design area
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar area, product, pre-sales or technology
  • Good organizational and personal interrelationship skills
  • Excellent writing skills in Portuguese (formal for companies), fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to make C-level presentations
  • Cross functional international teams
