What you’ll do

The PEGA Decision Strategy Expert participates in the design and development of Always On Marketing (AoM) decision management solutions and decision frameworks. They liaise with Commercial Managers to translate commercial requirements into decisioning solutions. They are responsible for designing and implementing the commercial strategies into data-driven and omnichannel solutions, running simulations and providing valuable input to the commercial team and improve customer experience

  • Design, build, implement and maintain Marketing Automation Strategies in PegaSystems with a customer-centric, data-driven and omnichannel approach
  • Supports Commercial Managers in formulating decisioning opportunities, including design, training and support and interpreting actuals vs expectations, especially while maturing the processes
  • Runs simulations of scenarios resulting from suggested changes to the strategy and provides input to the commercial team;
  • Configure script and contents for PEGA offers
  • Configure A/B testing to new strategies to exclusive to digital channels 
  • Create technical designs and conduct PEGA code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective marketing automation solutions
  • Work closely with relevant teams (Vodafone Group, IT and Business teams) to ensure project delivery
  • Participate in Agile development processes including daily stand-up, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and applied thinking
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required
