What you’ll do

Role purpose:

Provides expert financial guidance to support strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with business objectives and accounting/ regulatory compliance. Hold responsibility for the quality and accuracy of P&L reporting, ensuring integrity across all financial statements. Analyse complex financial data, advise on risk management and optimisation opportunities, and, additionally, play a key role in driving process improvements, mentoring teams and communication with external stakeholders.

 

Main Responsabilities:

  • Accounting: Drives the implementation of accounting policies across all P&L lines to ensure compliance and alignment with strategic objectives. Understands accounting impacts on the business and in the company reporting. Oversees the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with procedures, policies and principles.
  • Advisory: Accountable for providing final technical advice to the business on Products/ Processes. Contributes to the finance strategic objectives by providing insights on accounting data and market trends. Provides support to identify and oversee processes improvements.
  • Communication: Leads clear and effective communication with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial matters and strategic priorities. Influences decision-making by presenting well-structured financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Project management: Manages projects with operational and people management responsibilities ensuring final on-time and quality delivery.
  • Control partners: Accountable for the response to internal and external partners ensuring documentation quality and readiness.

Who you are

  • Accounting/ Management / Economics or Management background
  • >6 years of experience in accounting / SME (Subject Mater Expert)
  • Communication & presentation skills
  • Problem solving and analytical mindset
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Fluent in English.
