Your contribution

Lead Strategy: Develop and deliver the local annual HS&W plan, ensuring SMART objectives are set and continually reviewed.

Ensure Compliance: Facilitate the implementation of Group standards and ensure 100% alignment with local H&S legislation.

Risk Management: Take accountability for efficient safety risk assessments of processes, work tasks, services, and premises.

Business Partnering: Provide technical HS&W advice to all managers and support the Technology team in interpreting Group requirements.

Performance Monitoring: Measure and report H&S performance to the Leadership and Global teams, managing all related action plan

Stakeholder Interface: Establish and maintain relationships with high-risk suppliers and act as a SPOC for ESG-related topics.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to drive strategy for passive site design infrastructure and process improvements.

Strong Communicator: Impacting results through excellent stakeholder management and technical advisory.

Expertise in EMF: Solid understanding of telecoms technologies and international guidelines related to EMF compliance.

You must have

University Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.

Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in H&S roles, preferably in the Telco, TowerCo, or Infrastructure industry.

Technical Mastery: Proven experience in managing H&S programs and excellent knowledge of local legislation.

Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written Business English.

Tool Proficiency: Experience evaluating EMF compliance with specific software tools (e.g., WWm, EMF Visual) is highly valued.
