Your Responsibilities

  • You drive strategic IT, SaaS, and enterprise-wide business transformation programs from inception to successful completion.  
  • You establish and refine modern project governance models, introducing innovative practices and AI-supported ways of working.  
  • You engage directly with executive stakeholders and lead Steering Committees to secure alignment across complex, multi-vendor environments.  
  • You build strong, trusted partnerships across cross-functional business lines and external partners.  
  • You take full ownership of successful execution by proactively identifying risks, managing dependencies, and driving early mitigations.  
  • You challenge the status quo, drive continuous organizational improvement, and solve problems independently rather than escalating them.  
  • You mentor, coach, and collaborate with team colleagues to cultivate high delivery standards and foster a growth mindset.
     

Your Profile

  • Extensive professional experience leading large-scale digital or enterprise technology transformations rather than just standard operational IT projects.  
  • A strong, proven track record in strategic positions such as an IT Transformation Manager, Senior Program Manager, or Technology Delivery Manager.  
  • Deep expertise in business-IT alignment, executive stakeholder management, and navigating international or multi-country organizations.  
  • Exceptional ownership, resilience, and personal accountability with a demonstrated ability to operate autonomously with minimal guidance.  
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills, showing a clear ability to drive change and build consensus without formal authority.
  • A natural curiosity for emerging trends, a growth mindset, and a strong passion for adopting AI-enabled project practices.  
  • Full fluency in both written and spoken English.
