What you’ll do

  • End‑to‑end coordination of new commission requirements : Coordinate new commission requirements across all phases of the commissions demand and delivery lifecycle, including ideation, requirement clarification, design, build, testing, go‑live and post‑go‑live support;
  • Business and IT interface: Act as a point of contact between Sales / Commercial teams, Finance and IT to ensure requirements are clearly understood, feasible and aligned across all stakeholders;
  • Delivery support and governance: Support the structured delivery of commission solutions in line with agreed processes, budget and governance frameworks, identifying risks, dependencies and escalation needs where required;
  • Operational commission activities (as required): Contribute to the review, calculation, accrual and reporting of commissions for direct and indirect sales forces, including the setup and maintenance of the commission system, based on operational requirements;
  • Stakeholder communication and transparency: Provide clear, timely and transparent communication on requirements, progress and outcomes to relevant local and international stakeholders.

Who you are

  • University Degree in IT or Economics (or equivalent);
  • Ability to translate business requirements into implementable commission logic; strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Business, Finance and IT to clarify requirements and drive delivery;
  • Structured way of working with the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel and ensure high-quality outcomes;
  • Strong stakeholder communication and stakeholder management skills (clear, timely, transparent updates);
  • Ability to work independently and navigate complex or ambiguous requirements; commissions/incentives or finance operations knowledge and advanced Excel/automation skills are an advantage;
  • Long-term experience in channel commissions;
  • Long-term experience in IT-related project management;
  • Fluent English.
