As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of our offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. Our “Office in a Box” home working kit will provide you with everything you need, no matter where you are.

Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.
What you’ll do
The Business Improvement & Change Advisor will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, transformation and change initiatives across VBTS.
Working closely with operational teams, leaders and stakeholders, the role will identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify ways of working, enhance performance and deliver measurable business benefits. The role will support the delivery of strategic transformation programmes, embed a culture of continuous improvement and ensure change initiatives are adopted successfully across the organisation.
Who you are
- Experience in business improvement, operational excellence, change management, transformation or continuous improvement environments.
- Strong process improvement skills, including process mapping, root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience delivering change initiatives within complex operational or technology environments.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical recommendations and improvement actions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels.
- Experience facilitating workshops and driving collaborative problem-solving activities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Change Management or equivalent methodologies is desirable.
