Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

What You'll Do:

 

  • To provide an industry leading set of tools, processes and systems to ensure efficient and effective operational capability of the Business Pre-Sales function
  • Provide performance reporting, compliance information and insight to support continual improvement / business change initiatives.
  • Promote the Solution & Service team throughout Vodafone and be an ambassador for the Pre-Sales function.
  • The Pre-Sales Operations Specialist will be expected to continually support our positive team approach to Customer, Colleague and revenue.
  • Contributor for the delivery of weekly Management Information pack and associated metrics and performance reports
  • Contributor to regular audit process and compliance reporting of our Vodafone Way of Design Design and key operational processes
  • Contributor to the facilitation of ALBA (workforce management tool) change requests submissions and Change Control Board
  • Formulation of processes, controls, and standards  
  • Drive colleagues cross-functionally to adopt and adhere to “best practice” and new ways of working. 
  • Support Senior Business leadership team and promote the team in your interactions with other areas of the business.

 

Who you are

 

  • Understanding of process, documentation and reporting design, implementation and management skills
  • Analytical, critical thinking, written and communication skills. 
  • Ability to accurately capture business and technical requirements and translate into a project scope with expected business outcomes
  • Good stakeholder management skills – work closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate change.
  • Pre-Sales Operations OR Sales Operations experience is desired 
  • Working experience of PowerBI OR data visualisation is desired
