Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers. 

What you’ll do

 

  • Develop detailed delivery plans, engineering work packages, deployment schedules, cutover plans and test strategies, ensuring stakeholder buy-in. Manage change control using the appropriate processes.
  • Create and sustain collaborative working relationships across customers, suppliers, and internal delivery teams, whilst defining clear roles and responsibilities.  Build trusted working relationships with customer stakeholders, from engineering teams to senior leadership.
  • Maintain budget adherence through accurate financial reporting, variance management and commercial awareness.  Define and track deliverables, billing milestones, acceptance criteria and critical path dependencies.  
  • Maintain a structured RAID log with timely escalation of delivery, technical or commercial risks.  Drive accountability across engineering, vendor and customer teams to ensure milestone achievement.Regulated Sector Delivery Implement delivery and technical controls that meet regulatory, security and compliance standards (e.g., data protection, auditability, secure design patterns). Establishing & maintaining a ‘Risk and Issue’ register, whilst identifying new risks and responses as well as mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle of projects. Manage risks, data flows, documentation and change control in accordance with regulated-environment requirements

 

Who you are  

 

  • Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent.
  • Significant proven Project Management experience of managing large and complex client facing projects.
  • Self-motivated individual with good organisational, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical detail to on-site clients and multi-disciplinary engineering/vendor teams.
  • Commercially astute with ability to interpret contractual detail.
  • Experience managing on-site customer delivery, technical workshops and deployment activities.
  • Eligible for SC clearance.
  • Agile Management.
