Role purpose

 

V-Hub is Vodafone Business’ new digital advice service; a proposition committed to helping SMBs grow and protect their business by harnessing technology. The service provides tailored recommendations and advice, relevant, helpful information and access to expert advisers. Three years on, V-Hub is live in 15 markets across Europe and Africa. And the service is evolving to offer a secure advisory ‘members’ portal, where SMBs can sign-up for free to create, manage and save a unique digital action plan for their business, with ongoing 121 advice and access tailored content.
 

The Advice Design Lead is responsible for determining the subject matter and detail of the advice we provide SoHo and SME. They own the advisory subject matter end-to-end, from prioritising new topics and need areas we should advise on, to defining industry/size/location/need specific recommendations and best practice to achieve a consistent, scalable digital-first 121 advice service.

 

This role will report into the Advice Service Lead, working closely with V-Hub’s digital product, proposition and data teams to realise a personalised, digital-first experience that is scalable and customer centric. 

As Advice Design Lead, you will lead, develop and evolve the advice V-Hub provides.

What you’ll do

 


• Define and develop the scope of advice V-Hub offers, driven by SMB needs, VB’s right to operate and Vodafone’s commercial objectives
• Define and manage performance criteria, analysing both user insight and service model to optimise and improve for customers and business 
• Informing the training and operating model of advisor resource in Markets to deliver consistent and reliable advice to SMB segment 
• Define and deliver a roadmap to extend and optimise the advisory subject matter, including user of AI and data analysis tools

• Experience designing and delivering customer-centric services and propositions
• Analytical, critical thinker who can process and interpret a breadth of data and insight
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Competent working in matrixed organisations and navigating legal processes and frameworks

Yearly bonus: 10%
