As a Data Programme Lead, you will be involved in delivering customer focused data projects for our global markets. The role will primarily focus on supporting the data and analytics capabilities across our digital advice service, V-Hub. There will also be plenty of opportunities to get involved in supporting the roll-out of our market leading customer data platform, marketing effectiveness capability and Gen AI projects.

• You will manage relationships with stakeholders in Vodafone Business and across global markets on behalf of the Data Programmes & Strategy team (Digital Transformation and CX Measurement function). 
 

What you’ll do

 


• Create and maintain a Global Insight dashboard, relevant reporting frameworks, and visualisations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis of business requirements and processes. Transforming business requirements into Data & Analytics requirements to develop solution options and recommendations.
• Collaborating with our Group D&A business partners and business teams to ensure business requirements and processes are fully understood and well-defined.
• Use interviews, workshops, documentation reviews, business analysis and business process evaluations to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Work with and challenge business stakeholders on their assumptions, defining objectives to help influence current solutions and the workstream vision.
• Creation of diagrams, process flows and scenarios to translate complex data flows into digestible business documentation.
• Drive a ‘customer first approach’ across the organization through sharing of best practice and acting as subject matter expert.


 

Who you are

 

• Proven experience providing strategic analysis, business insight and reporting to senior business stakeholders.
• Must have knowledge of data warehousing and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with machine learning and statistical modelling
• Good commercial and practical experience within the Martech landscape and the common tools used to manage marketing intelligence. (Adobe/Tealium/SalesForce/Pega/Data Visualisation tools)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into actionable data and analytics solutions.
• Experience driving and managing projects, ensuring successful project delivery in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of the interaction between data flows and business processes data and how upstream actions impact downstream quality.
• Excellent presentation/organisational skills and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
• Ideally looking for a candidate who has previous experience at a top four consulting firm, agency or in a large matrix organisation.
