What you’ll do

The Group Reward Lead manages the delivery of reward expertise, solutions and operational support, in line with business strategy, within the Group Reward function. They are responsible for the delivery of the Reward activities across a range of global reward and recognition policies and processes such as pay, bonus, shares, benefits and recognition.  


This role acts as a Reward Business Partner with Technology, Networks, Commercial and Shared Services, covering Group and VOIS employees based in the UK in addition to our international markets, which include Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Singapore and US.

 

  • Drive and implement reward policy and programmes that attract and retain critical talent and skills.
  • Provide expert guidance and insights to HR Business Partners and managers on all matters relating to reward, upskilling HR colleagues and managers
  • Lead projects aligned to Group Reward priorities e.g. implementation of EU Pay Transparency Directive for Group EU locations.
  • Manage business as usual reward processes e.g. the Annual Reward Review (‘ARR’) and the annual reward benchmarking exercise. 

Who you are

  • Proven experience working in Reward roles in international and cross-cultural environments
  • Strong ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Skilled in communicating complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
  • Highly numerate with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) in Reward Management is advantageous
