What you’ll do

By joining Vodafone Investments, you’ll have a unique opportunity to be part of the leading global telecoms partnerships, ventures and platforms, working with operators all over the world to market a range of global products and services.

 

In joining the Vodafone Investments HR team, you will be responsible for delivering several key projects, including the setting-up and continued support of the Future Platforms function that is executing Vodafone’s borderless connectivity strategy. You as the HRBP will act as a strategic interface with business leadership, driving the people agenda and ensuring alignment of people strategies with business objectives in an international environment.

 

  • Provide operational, tactical, and strategic HR consulting to support organizational goals.
  • Understand the business needs and support the business to make the right people decisions
  • Support with HR activities such as strategic reviews of organizational efficiency, resource utilizations, gender diversity, and talent development opportunities.
  • Provide HR expertise with the Vodafone Investments team on cyclical HR activities; PD and ARR processes, Spirit Beat, Detailed Budget and general HR queries, as required
  • Maintain a strong relationship with a variety of stakeholders, both internally: as well as externally

Who you are

  • 5+ years overall, with at least 3 years in HR Business Partnering  
  • Strong networking and communications skills
  • Ability to innovate and think strategically.
  • Commercial acumen - numerate, analytical & professional
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and have experience working with international teams and with people with different cultural backgrounds
  • High energy and ability to balance governance with people agenda.
